I suggest you might start framing/referring to the Universal Single payer healthcare system real reform as "public-private" option, because that is really is. Some people might be scared of the word "public".

This option is the least expensive, and the only just. Everybody pays, and everybody is guaranteed an access to healthcare. Private plans will coexist, but everybody needs to contribute into this national plan - otherwise , fragmentation would not work.
