NYCCAN.org MARCH FOR ANSWERS. 9/11 Controlled Demolition. NYC CAN members and supporters will march in New York City this next Sunday September 27th, one day before the referee reports on the petition?s legality. A final determination will be made in the days that follow and we will know if NYC voters will be allowed to vote for a new independent 9/11 investigation on the November 3rd ballot.
